Warm Chocolate Dippers

Serves: 4
Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup (165ml) evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 150g good-quality dark chocolate, chopped
  • Marshmallows, mandarin segments, sliced kiwi fruit, hulled strawberries and chopped pineapple, to serve
Directions

Place the milk and vanilla extract in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until the mixture begins to simmer.

Remove from the heat, add the chopped chocolate and stir gently until melted and smooth.

Pour the warm chocolate into the Chinet Thermo Cups.

Serve immediately with marshmallows, fruit, and toothpicks or small skewers for dipping.
